Production Blog

Hello it is me Gabriel and I am back for another Production blog. Last Blog I discussed the start of recording my music video where I have recorded the first scene where I was using multiple shot angels to capture me heading towards my said destination. I used multiple angels to capture my first scene. I also made sure to remove any audio from the recording. I plan on using no ambience sound just the sound from the song. Now that I have recapped for what I have done last blog, here is what will happen this blog. Since I am at a difference place way closer to the park I am finishing up the shots, I will add some medium to long shots and eventually when I reach the park I will incorporate an establishing shot of the park before I cut into me being in the park. Then I will use a wide shot of me walking into the park and cut into me playing sports at the park with some tracking shots. The segment involving sports activities within the park promises to be vibrant and engaging. Utilizing tracking shots during these activities is aimed at intensifying the sense of movement and energy, drawing the audience into the heart of the action. Consistency is key across all visual elements. It is to make sure the final product is polished, maintaining a consistent and appealing aesthetic throughout the video. Crafting a coherent storyline, seamlessly transitioning from the journey to the park to the vibrant sports activities, is fundamental to keep the audience immersed and emotionally invested in the unfolding narrative. As I will continue into the editing phase, this is where the pieces will merge, the sequences will align, and the rhythm of the shots will harmonize, resulting in a compelling and visually captivating story. After I record my segment in the park I will add another wide shot of me leaving the park. This will be the ending scene to captivate me leaving the park after I went on a journey towards the park. This is the end of my filming process. Stay tuned for the progress as the video takes shape. In the next blog I will talk a bit about my editing process. Stay Tuned!
